Event Description
Travel with Big One (Firm Ents) to one of the most glamourous race days in the world! Packages include coach, entry to enclosure, breakfast, lunch and a mouth watering evening buffet along with drinks inclusive through the day.

Coaches depart from Reading High Street. Journey time approx 45 minutes to Coach Park and our base.
Kindly note we do not currently have ‘Meet me there’ packages as part of the event schedule/admin takes place on the Coach. Full details will be disclosed closer to the event date.

Kindly note lunch and dinner take place in the coach park before/after races in the enclosure. Please bring along picnic blanket, foldaway chairs OR book one of our VIP tables!

It’s recommended that ladies wear smart attire with a hat or fascinator and gentlemen wear a suit or jacket, collared shirt and full-length trousers.
Note fancy dress, novelty and branded or promotional clothing is not permitted at Royal Ascot

Big Ones Coach – Earlybird £130 / Final Release £140 p/p
Instalment plans
Option 1. £70 deposit + £70 payment on 1st April 2022. (Total £140)
Option 2. £35 deposit + 2 x £56 payments on 1st April and 1st May 2022 (Total £147)
(Ticket includes entry to Windsor enclosure, breakfast, lunch, dinner, unlimited drinks on the journey and in the coach park and entertainment!)
Please bring along fold up chair/picnic blanket etc for coach park and enclosure OR book a picnic bench & chairs in our upgrades section.

You can pay in full or pay the deposit and select an instalments plan of your choice.
Note, only the lead person on the booking can make instalment payments by logging into their account. If someone in your group wishes to make their own instalment payments then they will need to book separately. We’ll ensure you are on the same coach if you add a group name to each booking.
The system will automatically cancel the booking if instalments aren’t paid on time.
