When will i get my ticket?
No actual e-tickets are necessary to board coaches, just bring your ID along (Bank card/Photo ID). You’ll recieve your entry ticket along with your wristband on the coach journey.
(Ensure you’ve given us the correct name in your booking!)

I’m no longer able to attend – what are my options?
We do understand things come up that may mean you’re unable to attend. Unfortunately we’re unable to refund packages at this point, but we can change the name on your booking to someone else that can attend. Please email us from the registered email address. View our Terms and conditions for full details of our refund policy.
Instalments system - teething problems
We’ve recently introduced a new automated booking system on the website and whilst it’s a very exciting time for us, we are aware of some teething issues with regards to instalment payments and the flow of the payment process that may cause some frustration.
If your booking is not showing online, simply pop us an email and we’ll reply within a few working hours with any questsion you have about your booking.
Kindly note replies to Hotmail, yahoo and live email addresses may end up in your junk mail. Please add email@example.com to your safe list!
