You can join us in our VIP enclosure - this option will be available soon!
Are there other London departure points?
All London Coaches depart from one location.
Once you arrive at the V&A Museum in South Kensington, and feel the energy of hundreds of others on the steps of the grand entrance to the museum, you'll understand why we've thought long and hard about this aspect and chosen one option. You can opt for the Meet us there ticket if this location is not convenient for you.
When will I receive my tickets?
No actual e-tickets are necessary to board coaches, simply bring your ID along (Bank card/Photo ID - a picture on your phone is fine). You'll receive your entry ticket along with your wristband on the coach journey.
If you've chosen Meet us there, we'll send you information on how to find us and grab your ticket from our pop up Box Office on the day.

I've been charged a deposit but my booking didn't go through?
This normally happens if you enter an incorrect postcode or don't complete the app/text card verification. The funds are held by your bank and will be back in your account within a few hours.
You can complete payment by visiting My Account and scrolling to the booking.
I'm having an issue with the instalments system
Our Instalments system is in it's second year, and whilst its proven to be an extremely efficient automated system, it does lack the human touch at times! Whether you're unable to get to the payment page, or receiving emails you shouldn't be getting, please email us with your query and we'll be happy to help.
I'm no longer able to attend.
We do understand things come up that may mean you or someone in your group is unable to attend. We're more than happy to change the name if you can find a replacement, but we're unable to refund deposits, and are limited in how much of remaining can be refunded based on the time left before the event.
Name changes are free up to five days before the event. If there are less than five days there may be an administrational charge.

If you've booked as a group, funds cannot be transferred between people if one person cancels - they will lose their funds paid.
Kindly note replies to Hotmail, yahoo and live email addresses may end up in your junk mail. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list!
