Coach packages

Your entry tickets for the enclosure and our VIP area will be given to you during the coach journey to Royal Ascot.

Meet us there

You will collect your ticket at the Windsor box office, then head to our VIP area (straight ahead from the entrance) and check in with our team for your VIP area ticket.

Miss the coach?

If you miss the coach, you can either meet us at the Hilton for breakfast, or at Royal Ascot Windsor Enclosure.

Royal Ascot is an outdoor event, so it’s wise to prepare for varying weather conditions.

• Umbrellas are permitted, but please ensure they comply with the dress code.

• Our tables come with parasols primarily used for sunshade; the enclosure and VIP area itself isn’t covered.

• Historically, we’ve only experienced light showers in one of our six years at Ascot. Here’s hoping for sunshine again!
