Coach details
Coaches are scheduled to stay onsite so you’ll be able to leave items on the coach but you wont be able to access them until the return journey once coaches are locked.
Complimentary drinks
Generous servings of Prosecco, Wine, Juices and water are included on the journey to Hilton Hotel, and then the journey from Hilton to Royal Ascot. You are welcome to bring along your own favourite beverage and snacks.
Return journey
Music in the enclosure ends at 7.30pm to allow attendees to get back to the coach park. Coaches aim to leave by 8pm.

Expect a full English breakfast plus continental options, tea, coffee and juices. All hotels will have vegetarian/vegan options.

If you haven't pre booked parking then park in Car Park 8 on arrival (£50 per day). Cash and card payments are accepted.

Collect entry tickets from the WINDSOR Enclosure EAST entrance Box Office (2), then head to our area for your VIP access pass (3)
Please mention Gorgeous Getaway when collecting tickets. These will be under the lead persons name – Photo ID required to collect.

Windsor Enclosure
Royal Ascot have a range of deli-style snacks and hot food. Options include succulent burgers, crispy southern fried chicken, traditional fish and chips and much more. Visit the Ascot Avenue Food Market for a range of street food options.

PICNIC POLICY
Royal Ascot : Windsor Enclosure Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic and ONE bottle of bubbly per person. Sparkrling wine or Champagne only.
Picnics must be in a picnic hamper or cool bag/box. They must be brought in at the time of entry to the enclosure and not on re-entry.
Alcohol Allowance: Each customer is permitted to bring with them 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne to accompany their picnic. No other type of alcoholic drink will be permitted into the racecourse grounds and all picnics will be searched on entry.Â
Soft drinks will only be permitted into the enclosure with seals intact.
Each day will have a pre-allocated seating plan
On arrival you will be shown to your seats at tables of 6 (based on the group information in your booking)
If you are in a group smaller than 6, you will be sharing a table with others, if more than 6 you will be spread across multiple tables.
No changes on the day
The seating plan is a hugely complex process with close to 500 attending each day. For this reason all seating allocations are final, we are unable to make changes to seating when you arrive. We appreciate your understanding.
BEST DRESSED
Prizes for best dressed male, female an best fascinator.

How to enter
Our scouts will be checking you out as you walk in and around the VIP area. Finalists will be chosen, then winners decided by the crowd!
