Payments

When you visit the booking page you will be able to pay your deposit instantly using a debit/credit card (processed securely via paypal – booking fee applies). Alternatively select pay later to have our business bank details sent to you (HSBC). Your booking will only be confirmed once the funds clear in our account – you can either transfer direct from your account, or pay cash into the bank using your Initial and Surname as reference.

Instalments

Instalments are due by the end of each month – May, June July. If you book in any of these months, the deposit plus any outstanding deposits are due. We will send a monthly reminder. Final payment by 1st August 2015. There will be a late fee of £20 per person for any payments after this date.

You can now log into the website at any time and view your booking details (including payments to date). Log in and click MY BOOKING in the members menu.
