Coach Journey
You are free to bring any drinks and food along for the coach journey. Kindly note you won’t be able to take alcohol into the enclosure, aside from the allowance below.
Royal Ascot :Windsor Enclosure Policy
Along with multiple food stalls, this is the only enclosure at Royal Ascot where guests are welcome to bring their own picnic and bottle of bubbly (Subject to the official picnic policy)
Picnics must be in a picnic hamper or cool bag/box. They must be brought in at the time of entry to the enclosure and not on re-entry.
Alcohol Allowance: Each customer is permitted to bring with them 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne to accompany their picnic. No other type of alcoholic drink will be permitted into the racecourse grounds and all picnics will be searched on entry.
Soft drinks will only be permitted into the enclosure with seals intact.
WHAT TO BRING
Essential items
- Picture of your Photo ID for coach boarding.
- Picnic with one bottle of Sparkling wine or Champagne
- Portable charger (Keep your phone charged during a day of amazing photos!)
- Hand sanitiser / tissue / wet wipes
- Portable Fan & Sun Cream
Recommended extra's
- Hayfever tablets, nasal spray etc
- Cash/Card

- Handheld Fan (In case it gets super hot!)

- Tickets & VIP Passes will be given to you on the coach journey
- Complimentary drinks on route to Ascot may include; Prosecco, Wine, Rum Punch, Juices & Water (Subject to change)
- The walk from Coach park to Enclosure is approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
- Coaches aren't guaranteed to stay onsite so please be prepared to take all your items into the enclosure with you.
We will have water available for the return journey (Not alcohol!)

If you haven't pre booked parking then park in Car Park 8 on arrival (£50 per day). Cash and card payments are accepted.

11:00 Gorgeous Getaway VIP opens (3)
Collect entry tickets from the Windsor Box Office (2), then head to our area for your VIP access pass (3).
20:00 Enclosure closes

Coach Journey complimentary drinks
Drinks may include Prosecco, Rose, Juice and water along with Rum Punch sponsored by Lextase & Mixologist UK – please give them a follow on Instagram.
Windsor Enclosure
Royal Ascot have a range of deli-style snacks and hot food. Options include succulent burgers, crispy southern fried chicken, traditional fish and chips and much more. Visit the Ascot Avenue Food Market for a range of street food options.

If you’d like to purchase food on the day, our VIP area will be served exclusively by a food vendor across three days. Further details available soon!

Coaches will be allocated on arrival. If you’re in a large group reps will wait for your group to arrive before allocation. Complimentary drinks provided.
10:00 -11:30 Breakfast @ Hilton

10:30 Windsor Enclosure opens
Seating and tables will be allocated on arrival. If you are in a group of more than 18 people then our team will pre-allocate your tables and direct you there on the day.
11:00 Gorgeous Getaway Windsor VIP opens

20:00 Return Coach Journey
Alcohol is not included on the return journey. Bottles of water will be available for all (and possibly required at that point)
There will be music from our DJ's all day; before, between and after the races.
BEST DRESSED
Prizes for best dressed male, female an best fascinator.

How to enter
Our scouts will be checking you out as you walk in and around the VIP area. Finalists will be chosen, then winners decided by the crowd!
